Few cities in the world are as closely tied to music as Vienna. For centuries, it has been a center of creativity where composers, musicians, and audiences shaped the sound of Europe. The Vienna and Music Tour brings this heritage to life, combining history, stories, and atmosphere.
We visit the houses and memorials of great composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Schubert, Brahms, and Mahler — many of whom lived and worked in Vienna for much of their lives. Their music was written in these very streets, premiered in Vienna’s theaters, and celebrated in its concert halls.
The tour also highlights Vienna’s role as the capital of dance and operetta. The Strauss dynasty brought the waltz to the world, and even today, the Blue Danube is inseparable from Vienna’s identity.
Along the way, we see famous performance venues like the State Opera and the Musikverein, home of the New Year’s Concert, as well as smaller spots where music still fills the air.
The Vienna and Music Tour is not only about monuments, but also about atmosphere - from grand opera houses to quiet corners where Schubert once sang with friends. It offers a journey through melodies, stories, and places that make Vienna truly the “City of Music.”
